Privacy policy
Atelier Sur Mesure complies with Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). This page explains what the site collects, why, and how to exercise your rights.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information
The person in charge of the protection of personal information can be reached at info@ateliersurmesure.ca. Write to them for any question, request for access, correction or deletion, or to make a complaint.
Information collected
- Account: name, email and password (stored only in encrypted form).
- Messages: the content of messages sent through the contact form.
- Visit statistics: page visited, referring site and date. No cookies and no IP addresses are stored: an anonymous identifier that changes every day is used to count visitors.
How it is used
This information is used only to answer your requests, manage your account and measure site traffic. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Providers and hosting outside Québec
The site uses Railway (hosting), Supabase (database, located in the United States) and Resend (email delivery, United States). Your information may therefore be stored outside Québec by these providers, who protect it with encryption and access control.

Your account and messages are kept until you ask for their deletion. Visit statistics are deleted after 13 months.
Your rights
